Terms and Conditions
Orders are payable in US funds only via Credit Card payments made through PayPal's Secure Payment processor. I'm Sorry, I do not accept checks or money orders for online purchases. Please note that all sales are final. NO refunds will be made.
The shopping cart will direct you to the Secure Payment processor at PayPal and will send me an email message when your payment is made. PayPal is available to most International customers as well. Go to https://www.paypal.com and click on the Worldwide link to see if your country is included in PayPal's International system and to open an account. There is sometimes a small fee for first-time use for international customers for PayPal to verify your credit card information.
Digital Downloads will be available immediately upon your return from Paypal. PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN TO MY WEBSITE FROM PAYPAL. IF YOUR PAYPAL STATUS SAYS 'PENDING', PLEASE WAIT A MOMENT AND REFRESH THE PAGE.
You will be given a choice of  'Open' or 'Save' for the PDF download. Save the file somewhere on your hard drive where you can find it later. No refunds on digital downloaded packets or purchased paintings.
There is no shipping charge on digital downloaded Epackets.

Original Paintings:
Shipping & Handling--USA only:
10% of total up to the next $5 increment, with minimum charge of $2.00.
Shipping & Handling--Canada only:
10% of total up to the next $5 increment, minimum charge of $2.50.
Shipping & Handling--Outside USA:
20% of total up to the next $5 increment, with a minimum of $9.50
Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment and are normally sent by U.S. Mail. Domestic orders are mailed First Class or Priority, International Orders by Air Mail or Global Priority.
